Still doing 36 mg Concerta. Bad time last Thursday and Friday - overloaded. Got lightheaded again. Have had to take xtra K to manage. Must get back to relaxation starting tonight. Dentist this afternoon. Trying to relax. Going to get back to Anxiety mgt plan.

ADD is now the latest diagnosis. Now on long release ritalin and have to watch my blood pressure. I go to MJM this afternoon. Weight still up - starting for real today - going to try waffles in the am, slimfast plust metrx at lunch and rice bowl and veggies at night
